At Al Farasha Fragrances, we carefully craft and inspect every perfume to ensure you receive a premium product. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, we offer a 7-day return or replacement window starting from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, leaking, or show manufacturing defects.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible.
  • The item should be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perfumes that have been opened, used, or tested.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or negligence.

How to Request a Return

Refund Timeline
